How do I place an order?
It works very simply. Add as many products to your shopping cart as you want when browsing our online shop. When you want to complete the order, go to the shopping cart icon and click on "checkout". Follow the instructions and enter the correct shipping information, select the correct payment method and complete the order.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on working days will be shipped the same working day.
Payment options
Our Dutch customers can pay via Ideal.
Our Belgian customers can pay via Bancontact.
I want to change my order, how do I do that?
Please send an email to info@sharon-b.com as soon as possible and indicate what needs to be adjusted. You will be contacted as soon as possible.
Please remember to include your order number whenever possible.
I want to cancel my order
Have you placed an order and do you want to cancel it? Send an email immediately to info@sharon-b.com
We cannot guarantee that the email can be processed on time.
If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order and you must register it as a return.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same working day. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM will not be processed until Monday.
Track and trace
All our orders are shipped with PostNL. As soon as the order has been processed, you will receive an email via our shipping partner Frama with a link to the track and trace code.
What are the shipping costs?
- Orders over €49 are shipped free of charge.
- Are you ordering for less than €49? Then the shipping costs in the Netherlands are €4.95. For Belgium we charge €5.95 in shipping costs.

Don't forget to fill in your zip code. For our Belgian customers it is important that you click on the correct country.
Return or exchange
We think it is important that you are 100% satisfied . That's why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy:
- If a product was damaged upon delivery or arrived defective upon delivery.
- The 30 day exchange policy starts from the date the customer receives the order.
- To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned unused and undamaged, together with the purchase receipt/invoice.
- For returns, send an email to info@sharon-b.com with the subject "Returns" and state your order number, name and reason for return.
- Once we have received the "Return email", the customer will receive an email from us within 2-3 working days with instructions on where the returned items can be sent.
- Our customers are strongly advised to obtain proof of postage when returning the order to avoid lost packages.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
- When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email informing them of the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the purchase price minus shipping costs will be automatically refunded to the customer's account via the original payment method shortly afterwards.
Exchange
Have you ordered the wrong size and would you like to exchange it for a size larger or smaller?
- Send an email to info@sharon-b.com with the subject "Exchange". Please include your order number, name and the size for which you would like to exchange the item.
- Once we have received the "Exchange email", the customer will receive an email from us within 2-3 working days with instructions on where the items to be exchanged can be sent.
- Our customers are strongly advised to obtain proof of postage when exchanging the order to avoid lost packages.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the items to be exchanged.
- We will take care of resending the new exchanged items.
Washing instructions
Both our heat pants and our dog diapers can be washed at 40 degrees in the washing machine.
Our products are not suitable for the tumble dryer and should be air dried.
